Refund Policy
Rescheduling
If you need to reschedule your wake-up call, please notify us at least 24 hours in advance. You can change the date and time of your call by contacting us through the chat box on our website.
Refunds
We understand that sometimes plans change. Here’s our policy regarding refunds:
- Eligible Refunds: Refunds can be issued for calls that are either unscheduled or scheduled more than 24 hours in advance.
- Non-Refundable Calls: Calls that have been scheduled within 24 hours of the call time are non-refundable.
Missed Calls
If you miss your scheduled wake-up call three times, we will still charge for the service. Please ensure you are available at the agreed time to receive your call.
Technical Issues
In the event that we are unable to place your call due to technical problems on our end, we will offer three free calls as compensation.
